It is held that Baguazhang practitioners are amonth the longest lived and healthiest people on earth. This method works through stimulation of your body's own natural internal systems while practicing a type of walking visualization and meditation exercise.
Long regarded as a secret by the Li family, now you can learn Jiulong Baguazhang's standing and circle walking health exercises and reap the benefits with merely 30-60 minutes of daily investment in yourself.
Flying Dragon Qigong was created to stimulate the entire body, internal organs, nervous system, lymphatic system, cardiovascular system, and Qi meridiens system through physical and mental actions while walking in a circle holding specific postures. Great health and longevity can be achieved through this practice.
Over a course of nine classes, this introductory course will cover Quiet Sitting, Dao Yin (stretches), Breathing, Zhan Zhuang (standing), Circle Walking, Visualizations and basic Qigong theory. At the end of the course, students will have learned a systematic, daily practice.
We will be sitting on small stools or pillows, stretching, standing and walking in this course. There will be gentle bending and twisting of the spine. If you require accommodation of some sort, please contact Orchard Kung Fu to determine such possibility.
None. If you have already taken Spring Rain Qigong, this course takes you to the next level. The course is open to those 16 years of age and up.

A T-shirt and comfortable sweatpants and indoor shoes are all that is necessary to begin. For students who have practiced at least three months, school T-shirts and traditional, black Hanzifu (“Kung-fu” uniforms) are required.

Course Mechanics The course is held over nine sequential classes, each building on the material of the previous class. Students are introduced to general qigong theory and will learn Quiet Sitting, Dao-Yin exercises, Standing Meditation, and Circle Walking Meditation.
